Question 1

Is your firewood dry?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We make test fires throughout three months before packing to make sure the wood is properly seasoned and ready to burn.

Question 2

Do you sell loose pieces of firewood?

Accepted Answer

No. All of our wood is packed in bags, ready to be delivered and offloaded.

Question 3

How many pieces of wood are in a bag?

Accepted Answer

We do not count pieces. Bags are weighed by the kilogram because the size of the pieces varies.

Question 4

How do I pay for firewood?

Accepted Answer

Payment is made by EFT or cash on delivery.

Question 5

How do you make sure trees are being planted?

Accepted Answer

We work with Greenpop, a reputable tree-planting organisation. R5 from every bag of firewood goes to planting indigenous trees, and you can see the trees planted on behalf of All Good Firewood on the Greenpop site.
