The Sekelbos hardwood is extremely tough to get started due to the denisity of the wood, it would be much easier to start your fire with some gum and then add the sekelbos when it gets hot enough !
Our suggestion: Add 1kg of sekelbos for every 4kg of gum , your fire will burn hotter and youre left with great heat
